Again my motivation started to lack, but i’m back for the new year, let’s hope it stays that way! 

just done a couple of K on the cross-trainer, taking it slower this time so i reckon that’s all for tonight since my stomach is killing (NYE drinks) - having to sit here in my underwear because it is too damn hot for clothes right now.

I haven’t had a very good day today in terms of working out, and i’m feeling down and crampy and not at all good. However, i’m going to go downstairs, set up the wii and do some ‘Just Dance’ workouts for a while, that can contribute to my days exercise. Tomorrow will be better!

On the plus side, i ate breakfast today! Even if i could only stomach half of a small banana, i did it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yay me :)

ok so i’m back, my healthy eating went right out the window for like a month and i’ve gained weight which i’m NOT happy about but it’s my own fault. my eating and sleeping pattern is seriously messed up right now, and to be quite honest i doubt i’ll really be getting back into the health hype until i start back at college in september since my daily structure is all over the place- but i’m back here on tumblr and i’ll be posting pictures and quotes to keep my few followers active, motivated and healthy :-) so HI again, missed you xxxxx

my day was going really well and then somehow i got after-dinner munchies & ate a packet of quavers and now i feel like snacking all night D:

last night i snacked on a pear instead of the crisps/chocolate etc that were in the cupboard!

this morning, i went downstairs to get breakfast- saw a really yummy looking chocolate cupcake out of the corner of my eye- RESISTED, i’m now enjoying a refreshing bowl of shreddies :-)
